Andy Gill began his automotive career in 1969 as one of the first three Finance and Insurance Managers in Atlanta, Ga. After six years as a finance manager then General Sales Manager, Andy entered the Automotive Aftermarket business joining World Service Life Insurance Company as a field development representative in the SE and rose to the position of VP of Automotive Services. In July 1980, Andy formed Gill And Associates in Atlanta, Ga. and built the company to the point that is acquired by Primerica Corp in July 1986. Andy became President and CEO of the new entity, Voyager Automotive Group. At the height of the Voyager Automotive Group days, the company employed 92 full time field representative and did business as far west as Denver, CO.

In 1994 Andy departed the automotive aftermarket business and purchased the first of three Franchise Automobile dealerships he owned until August 2015, at which time the last dealership was sold.

Andy sought an opportunity to use his 47 years of Automotive experience as well as the many contacts had made over the years. In November 2015, Andy joined an existing merger and Acquisitions firm representing automotive dealership in buying and selling dealerships. In addition to learning the internal operations and processes involved in the Mergers and Acquisitions business Mergers and Acquisitions, The opportunity filled all the needs, allowing Andy to remain in contact with his many dealer friends as well as getting his “fix” of the Automobile business. Since entering the Automotive M&A business, Andy has been successful in putting together many buyers and Sellers, all on a very confidential basis with the foremost integrity.

Gill Automotive Group, LLC Corporate offices are in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Andy is a former United States Marine and ·is an instrument rated pilot. Andy is married to his wife of 47 years and has two grown children and three grand children.
